Seattle Metropolitan Magazine Honors Donlan as a "Top Lawyer"

Seattle Metropolitan magazine's July 2010 issue named  Dan J. Donlan in its list of "Top Lawyers" in King County.  The list only includes attorneys who have been judged by their peers to be “AV Preeminent” – the highest peer-review rating available from LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. Martindale-Hubbell invites lawyers and members of the judiciary to confidentially rate colleagues whose work they know well, based on these main criteria: knowledge of the law, good judgment, analytical and communication skills, and experience.  Seattle Metropolitan specifically identified Donlan for his work in commercial litigation.

Dan J. Donlan was recognized as one of the "premier copyright litigators" in The Legal 500 (United States): Volume II (Intellectual Property, Technology, Media & Telecoms). Rankings in the independent UK-based Legal 500 are based on surveys of thousands of clients and lawyers, as well as public company filings.  Donlan was also honored in The Legal 500 (United States): Volume III (Litigation) for his copyright practice.  Donlan has litigated more than 70 copyright cases over the past several years.
